Selections from the Fall 1999 Collections

	For Fall '99, Marian Clayden takes her signature look to a new level of "Bohemian Chic", capturing the imagination with sumptuous fabrics, and sensual, relaxed silhouettes. Marian's garments elicit images of a "New Romantic Era" with her soft silhouettes in luxurious silks, cut velvets and vintage lace that flows gracefully over the body. "My collection celebrates a woman's femininity and individuality, the designs are connected to a woman's many sides. Strong and sophisticated when she is in a serious mood, vibrant and sensual when she's at her most seductive", says Ms. Clayden.
	Sensous and Feminine - Cascading jewels were the inspiration for this art-nouveau design. The collection was designed for the woman who wants to feel sensuous and feminine.
	Romantic and Bohemian - Part Romantic; part Bohemian is the look of this collection. Designed by incorporating the style of vintage Italian lace, Marian has included the added adornment of airbrushing in antique gold or silver. For a more subdued look the jackets are also offered in black or brown. This collection is a brilliant fusion of old-world style and modern elegance.
	Imperial Elegance - From Imperial Russia comes the look, from Italy comes the richly printed velvet. Together they create this group of luxurious winter coats and jackets; the perfect outer garment for that grand entrance at the biggest winter event of the season.
	Luxurious and Sophisticated - This is the collection that is Marian. Using silk and cut-velvets, in her classic designs, these garments have become her signature look.
